*1952 in Yame City, Fukuoka, Japan. 1971-74 Studium an der Tokyo Zoukei University of Art and Design, 1975-80 an der Kyushu Sangyo University (B.F.A u. M.F.A. of Design) in Japan und 1982-89 am Hunter College der City University of New York (Master of Urban Planning), am Graduate Center of CUNY(Environmental Psychology Program) sowie an der Person’s School of Design (M.F.A., Program in Sculpture) in den USA.
